The true to colour, highly concentrated, pigmented powder, which is easy to mix with the Creme Peroxide and easy to apply, will revolutionise your brow treatments. This creamy tint has a fast developing time of just 1 - 2 minutes! Choose from Light Brown, Medium Brown or Dark Brown.
DIRECTIONS
Empty the contents of the capsule into a Glass Mixing Dish and mix with the recommended amount of Creme Peroxide. Apply to lashes and leave to develop for 1 - 2 minutes. After this time, remove from the brows and style as normal.
